FACILITY RENTALS PARK RULES AND REGULATIONS
It is in the best interest of the community that certain rules be established for the use of the Park District parks.
All patrons are requested to comply with the following:

 

  • All parks shall be open daily to the public from 6:00 am. to dusk.
  • No alcoholic beverages are allowed in any park facility or grounds under the control of the Chicago Ridge Park District.
  • No driving is allowed on any grass or sports fields.
  • The dumping of any materials or littering on any Park District land is a violation of existing ordinances and will result in a fine.
  • No unauthorized motor vehicles allowed.
  • Non-residents will not be allowed to rent any of our facilities or outside pavilions.
  • No Pets allowed at any indoor park facility.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 2 business days prior to rental date.

Frontier Fieldhouse Parties

* One court
*3 hour minimum

 Resident - $50 per hour (under 50 people) $100 per hour (over 50 people) ($200 cleaning deposit)
Non-Resident - $100 per hour (under 50 people) $200 per hour (over 50 people) ($200 cleaning deposit)

Frontier Fieldhouse Courts

 Resident - $25 per hour for one court
Non-Resident - $50 per hour for one court
PICKLEBALL COURT:
Resident - $10 per hour for one court
Non-Resident - $15 per hour for one court

Frontier Commercial Rates

 $200 per hour includes entire building being shut down

Freedom Activity Center

* RESIDENTS ONLY
* 3 hour minimum
* Weekends 9am -8pm

 $50 per hour under 50 people ($200 cleaning deposit)
$75 per hour over 50 people ($300 cleaning deposit)
NOT AVAILABLE FOR RENTAL AT THIS TIME

Administration Building

* RESIDENTS ONLY
* Weekdays beginning at 6pm, weekends until 10pm.
* 2 hour minimum

 $20 per hour up to 30 people maximum ($200 cleaning deposit)

Freedom Park Pavilion

* RESIDENTS ONLY
*Groups of 10 or more must have a permit filled out in advance*
4 hour rental

50 people and under $50 fee ($100 deposit)
51-100 people $100 fee ($100 deposit)
Over 100 people $150 fee ($200 deposit)

Additional hours

Each additional hour for 50 people and under will be $12.50. An additional $10 deposit will be required if adding 4 hours or more
Each additional hour for 51-100 people will be $25. An additional $100 deposit will be required if adding 4 hours or more.
Each additional hour for over 100 people will be $37.50. An additional $200 deposit will be required if adding 4 hours or more.

Lily Pad

* RESIDENTS ONLY

Organized groups (camps, daycares, etc.) of 15 persons or more must have an approved permit to enter the Pad.  The organization must do business in Chicago Ridge to be eligible for a permit.  All other requirements for rentals apply.
Splash Pad Only

Splash Pad is available for rental Monday through Friday 11am-1pm ONLY
Up to 25 people
$50 for 2 hours

Picnic Area Only

Lily Pad Picnic Area is available for rental only when Lily Pad is open for business
Up to 50 people
$25 per hour plus $50 cleaning deposit

Splash Pad and Picnic Area

Both Pad and Picnic Area can be rented together during Splash Pad rental hours
Up to 25 people
$75 per hour plus $50 cleaning deposit

Concession Party Specials

All food orders must be placed and paid for 3 days in advance.  Non-refundable coupons will be provided.

Hot dog/chips/small drink $3.50 each  OR  Pizza/small drink $4.00 each

Inflatable Rentals

Must put down credit card as a deposit. One staff member for the Crayonland jumper and two staff for the obstacle courses. They are only rentable for parties at Frontier Fieldhouse.
