Program registration can take place in person at the Frontier Park Fieldhouse (9807 S. Sayre). You can also register online on the website by clicking the register now button on the home page or on any class, trip or special event page (see the online registration form below).  You can also mail a registration form to Frontier Fieldhouse.  This information can be found below the online registration form on this page.  It is important to register for programs in advance. Complete the registration form in the brochure on the back page. The form must be filled out completely in order to be processed. Payments may be made by check or credit card. Checks should be made out to the Chicago Ridge Park District. Please note that there is a $40.00 fee charged for checks deemed NSF (non-sufficient funds).  If paying by credit card, include your Complete credit card number, card holder name, expiration date and signature. Make sure you sign the waiver on the bottom of the registration form.

DROP OFF

The form must be filled out completely in order to be processed. Place the completed registration form at the front entrance of the Freedom Activity Center Registration Desk during regular business hours. Make sure you sign the waiver on the bottom of the registration form.
