Gentle but effective yoga poses, combined with breathing techniques to destress and relax the body, mind and spirt-you don't want to miss this class!  We will strengthen and lengthen to increase range of motion and stabilization.  Bring a yoga mat and a firm blanket, or small pillow for restorative poses.  No previous experience required.
