This class is excellent for anyone with limitations where one cannot do traditional floor poses!  This class focuses on gentle poses that will aid with circulation and flexibility.  We'll do mindful movement and breathing techniques to strengthen, not just the body but also the cardiovascular system.  Music and meditations are used to reduce stress and bring about a sense of well-being.  Bring a firm blanket or small pillow for back support.  No previous experience required.
