Chicago Ridge Park District ID's can be obtained from the Frontier Park Fieldhouse. A guardian must be present to sign application and must have valid ID to prove residency. Non-Resident and replacement ID's are $5.00.

| Located two blocks east of Harlem Avenue on Sayre Avenue, this park provides a playground outside and a gymnasium that houses one walking track, two basketball courts, three volleyball courts, an arcade and our Fitness Center. Many of our special events are held here, such as Tiny Tot Prom, Daddy/Daughter Date Night and all of our grade school dances. Youth Volleyball and Basketball Leagues utilize the facility's courts, bleachers and arcade, while many of our community's adults and seniors take advantage of our cardio machines, strength training machines and walking track. |

Birmingham, this facility is home to our RAH (Recreation After Hours) Program, our Tiny Tots Program and classes, and most of our adult fitness classes. It's great for parties and meetings as well. Call the Freedom Activity Center to check for availability. (Chicago Ridge Park District baseball field availability is also available through the Freedom Activity Center). |

Rental Rates (Chicago Ridge residents only):
(Permit must be filled out and signed for each rental. Prep time for rentals is included in rental time).
$50.00 per hour for up to 50 people with $100.00 refundable deposit, (if amount of people exceeds 50, or amount of time exceeds that which is stated on permit, deposit will not be refunded).
$75.00 per hour for over 50 people, maximum 100* with $150.00 refundable deposit (if amount of people exceeds 100, or amount of time exceeds that which is stated on permit, deposit will not be refunded).
*Maximum amount of 100 people will be strictly adhered to. The Police Department receives a copy of permit, as noted on the bottom of your permit.
